Shipping Cost

Polymer clay orders ship for $5. Ceramics ship for $8, with an additional $4 per item.

We do no currently offer international shipping on our Shopify website. Buyers outside of the US can still use our Etsy shop to make a purchase: https://bigtopclownshop.etsy.com

All order ship via USPS Ground Shipping (2-5 days).

Processing Time

All of our sculptures are lovingly handmade and take a lot of time to complete. Please allow for 2-3 weeks of processing time before your order is shipped out.

If you need something expedited for a gift, let us know and we will try our best to make your order in time!

Return Policy

We accept returns for any reason within 3 days of receiving your order. However, we are not able to cover the cost of return shipping.
