Shipping Cost

Orders shipping within the US have a $5 shipping fee. Orders over $35 ship for free.

We do no currently offer international shipping on our Shopify website. Buyers outside of the US can still use our Etsy shop to make a purchase: https://bigtopclownshop.etsy.com

All order ship via USPS Ground Shipping (2-5 days) or USPS First-Class International Shipping (7-21 days).

Processing Time

All of our sculptures are lovingly handmade and take several hours to complete. We try to make everything within a 2 week period, but it can sometimes take up to 3 weeks for your order to ship.

If you need something expedited for a gift, let us know and we will try our best to make your order in time!

Return Policy

We accept returns for any reason within 3 days of receiving your order. However, we are not able to cover the cost of return shipping.
